Where can I download the app?

You can download the app for iOS and Android here.

How can I download my tickets to the app?

We're working in partnership with AXS, our primary ticket agent, to distribute tickets. Your point of purchase will be in touch via email when your tickets are available to download to the app. Customers with tickets to the first weekend of shows will be able to download their tickets first, within the next 7 days. Tickets for second and third weekend customers will follow.

Once you receive the email, please download the BST app, go to ‘My Tickets’ and enter the email address you purchased your tickets with. Follow the steps to download your ticket.

Why can't I see my tickets in the app?

Your tickets won't be available to view in the app until you receive notification, via email, that they're ready to download. For customers with tickets to the first weekend of shows, this will come in the next 7 days. Dispatch info for weekend 2 & 3 ticketholders to follow shortly.

How do I transfer my ticket/s to someone else?

Watch this video guide or use the following instructions. Once you have downloaded your tickets to the app, open ‘My Tickets’ and tap ‘Transfer’. Enter the email address of the person you would like to transfer your tickets to, making sure it’s the correct email. Both yourself and the person you have transferred your ticket/s to will receive a notification by email. The person you have transferred your tickets to will then be able to view the tickets in the BST Hyde Park app.

I didn't purchase via AXS, which login details should I use?

We are working with our primary ticket partner AXS to distribute the tickets via our app. Please use the email address you used to purchase your tickets with via any one of our other authorised ticket agents, once you've received notification that your tickets are ready for download.

It's been over a week and I haven't received notification that my tickets are ready for download. What shall I do?

Please check your Spam & Junk folders. If you still can't locate it, contact your original point of purchase who can assist.

When will set times be available?

Set times will be added closer to the event. It will be announced on our socials as soon as they’re available to view within the app.
