Getting to the Event
Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park takes place on the Parade Ground on the East side of Hyde Park. The postcode of the event is W2 2UH. Please refer to the Royal Parks Map.
The central London location of our event means that we are well served by the public transport network and as part of our sustainability plan we urge you to use public transport where possible or even walk. Use TFL’s Journey Planner at www.tfl.gov.uk and check which entrance applies for your ticket type closer to the event.
Underground/Main Line Train Station

All TFL buses have level access and are able to accommodate one wheelchair user.
Please bring your own lock to take advantage of the temporary bike rack at the Albert Gate entrance to Hyde Park (near Knightsbridge).
Don’t attach your bike to any park railings or you risk having it removed. Some areas around Speakers Corner and Hyde Park Corner may be inaccessible at the end of the event
Please collect your bike on the same day at the end of the event. Bikes left overnight may be removed.
Please note the Santander Cycle Hire Station on North Carriage Drive may be closed to avoid congestion on major event days.
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades or personal motorised vehicles are not permitted inside the event - this is with the exception of mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs.
DROP OFF / PICK UP
There is no official drop off/pick up location at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park due to congestion, so it is best to plan a location away from the event site.
Please note that Park Lane may be closed for a short time at the end of the major ticketed events.
We recommend that visitors avoid coming by car where possible.
However, for those who do travel by car we would recommend you pre-book your parking to guarantee a space. Please visit this link
Closures may affect South Carriage Drive and West Carriage Drive on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 12th, 13th, 14th July, please check back here for more details nearer the time of the event.
North Carriage Drive – will be closed between 16th June and 22nd July.
We advise those attending the events to use public transport where possible.
