Run With Mo!
Join Sir Mo Farah CBE for a 3km run through Hyde Park.
Runners of all levels are invited to join multiple Olympic, World and European Champion Sir Mo Farah CBE for a unique experience, running alongside Mo for a 3km distance run, starting and ending at the Great Oak Stage.
Mo and Adam Clarke (URUNN) will lead a group warm-up session onstage then join the runners as they route through London’s idyllic Hyde Park on a summer evening. All ticket holders who complete the run will be awarded their very own medal to take home with them.
After the run, Mo will take to the iconic Great Oak Stage for a live Q&A hosted by Nihal Arthanayake, reflecting on the journey that shaped him into the athlete he is today.

Gates will open for Run With Mo ticketholders at 17.45. The BST Open House site will be open from 10am with free entry to all.
- RED WAVE expected finish time 10-20mins
- BLUE WAVE expected finish time 20-30mins
- GREEN WAVE expected finish time 30-40mins
- YELLOW WAVE expected finish time 40-50mins
- ORANGE WAVE expected finish time 50-60mins
- PURPLE WAVE expected finish time 60-70mins (INCLUDES WHEELCHAIR ACCESS CUSTOMERS)

A4 size bags only (no bag drop or cloakroom facilities).
Picnic blankets permitted.
Assistance dogs only are permitted.
The Event is an outdoor event. Please bring outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for doing exercise. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
All participants are advised to consult their doctor or other healthcare provider prior to undertaking any exercise programme or sporting event to mitigate any risk of injury.
- Accessible customers are welcome to join the run route, or they are also welcome to stay at the stage and enjoy the live DJ before the live Q&A talk session with Sir Mo Farah takes place.
- Due to safety reasons, no electric wheelchairs or vehicles are permitted on the run route, manual wheelchairs only.
- For safety reasons and limitations on the course, manual wheelchair participants will start in the PURPLE TICKET WAVE.
- At the time of booking, please confirm if you are a wheelchair user, and whether you’ll propel yourself or be assisted by someone. If you’re propelling yourself, there are no classification rules/ IPC rules, and it’s recommended only for experienced users.
- If you’re being assisted, both you and your assistant must register for the event. The assistant gets a free entry ticket, but you need to provide their details.
- For blind / partially sighted customers, it is recommended that due to the nature of the run route they partake with a guide runner and are tethered. The guide runner gets a free entry ticket, but you need to provide their details.
By obtaining tickets for Open House and attending this Event, I am aware that this is a physical fitness event and I confirm that I (i) acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in the Event; and (ii) am in proper and appropriate physical condition to participate in the Event, and I have no existing injury or physical condition which may be aggravated by my participation (and/or I understand my physical limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity (and will do so) before I become ill or injured). Notwithstanding the forgoing I accept and assume full risk in relation to my participation in the Event and hereby release, waive liability, hold harmless and indemnify AEG Presents Ltd (“AEG”), as the organiser of the Event, as well as any of AEG’s affiliates, employees, co-producers and/or co-organisers of the Event (including any leaders of the Event) from all liability incurred in relation to my participation in the Event (in each case, to the fullest extent permitted by law).

Ground Level Viewing Area
- Ground Level Viewing Area at The Great Oak Stage (Main Stage) - This is a hard-standing, ground-level area for customers with disabilities who wish to stand for the event but need a less crowded area and/or the option of sitting for short periods of time.
- There will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage when seated in this area, as there will be customers in front of the Ground Level Viewing Area who are likely to be standing up.
- Accessible customers are welcome to join the run route, or they are also welcome to stay at the stage and enjoy the live DJ before the live Q&A talk session with Sir Mo Farah takes place.
