How do I enter the Ticketmaster waiting room?
Click the link in your email which will take you to the Ticketmaster waiting room.
Does it matter what time I enter the Ticketmaster waiting room?
Fans should join the waiting room before 10am. If you enter after 10am you will join the back of the queue.
Can I share my presale code with someone else?
Codes are unique to you. Once redeemed, they can’t be used again and should not be shared.
When do I use my presale code?
You will be asked to input your presale code prior to selecting the ticket you want to purchase.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Your unique code will allow you to book up to 6 tickets, subject to availability.
How can I avoid being blocked as a bot?
You are advised to follow the below best-practices:
Only use one tab
Clear your cookies
Do not use any VPN software.

What do I do if I haven’t received a presale code?
Check your spam/junk folder, it may have accidently been delivered there. The email will have come from noreply@e-comms.bst-hydepark.com.
What do I do if my code doesn’t work?
Make sure you have typed it in correctly from your email, codes are case sensitive so must be copied exactly. Ensure there are no empty spaces at the beginning or the end. If you are still having an issue please contact Ticketmaster customer service via one of the below channels:
