When can I enter the AXS waiting room for the BST Presale?
You can enter the AXS waiting room from 9:30am on Friday 6th November.
How do I enter the AXS waiting room?
Click the link in your email which will take you to the AXS waiting room, you will need to use your unique code received by email to enter.
Does it matter what time I enter the AXS waiting room?
Fans joining the waiting room before 10am will be let through to purchase in a random order. It does not matter what time you enter from 9:30am. If you enter after 10am you will join the back of the queue.
Can I share my presale code with someone else?
Codes are unique to you. Once redeemed, they can’t be used again and should not be shared.
When do I use my presale code?
You will need to use your unique code to enter the AXS waiting room and then use the same code again to purchase tickets.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Your unique code will allow you to book up to 6 tickets, subject to availability.
How can I avoid being blocked as a bot?
AXS will be using anti-bot software, so it is very important to follow these additional instructions to avoid accidentally triggering it:
Do not use more than one device or tab at once to access the ticket purchase link.
Make sure there are no VPNs active on your device.
Do not open multiple windows or tabs.

What do I do if I haven’t received a presale code?
Check your spam/junk folder, it may have accidently been delivered there. The email will have come from noreply@e-comms.bst-hydepark.com.
What do I do if my code doesn’t work?
Make sure you have typed it in correctly from your email. Ensure there are no empty spaces at the beginning or the end. Please note that codes are not case sensitive. If you are still having an issue please contact AXS customer service HERE.
