The event site is situated in London’s Hyde Park, a public space open to the general public.
An experienced stewarding team is in place to provide on-site customer support.
The site is fenced entirely, with stewarding personnel stationed at each entry and exit point.
A crowd management plan is in place to manage users of the free-to-enter space.
The event also prevents children and vulnerable customers exiting the site.
First Aid available onsite.
